located in Billings, Montana. We provide appraisal products for local &
national lenders as well as real estate valuation products for
individuals & business that need to know what the value of a parcel of
real estate is. This can be either a current value or a retrospective value.
We can also give a prospective value for theoretical situations. Our
clients have included most national lenders, local mortgage brokers &
bankers, developers & builders, legal professionals, bail bondsman &
private owners as well as VA & FHA, both as appraisers and reviewers for
quality control.

with the ultimate goal of adequately reflecting the market value of real

We are registered members and/or
accredited with the National Association of Master appraisers as Master
Appraisers ( MRA ), National Association of Realtors Appraisal Section
as Residential Accredited Appraisers ( RAA ), National Association of
Review Appraisers & Mortgage Underwriters as Certified Review Appraisers
( CRA ).
Michael has passed training & has been a Review Appraiser for
HUD / FHA, REAC Center for Appraisal Quality Assessments.
